You can set your own controls in the by clicking on Options and then Configure Controls. The default controls are:
Carefully place your blocks. If your board fills up to the top row, you lose. Touch an exploder and a gem of the same color together, and all of the touching blocks of the same color will be anihilated. If you touch two exploders of the same color together, they will destroy all gems of that color.

![]() ![]() The more gems you destroy at once, the more points you will get. Combos will multiply your score. There is a special bonus for clearing your screen of all gems. Blocks come in many other flavors:
To pass each stage of Solo Challenge, you must get the required number of points within the time limit. The pieces that you will get may be random, or may come in a recurring pattern. For every 250 points you get above the required number of points, 1 second will be subtracted from your final time.
You can battle against your friends or the AI. The red bar next to your board is your attack power bar. Breaking gems fills it up. When it is filled all the way, you will drop a row of gems on your opponent. You can drop multiple rows at once by getting huge combos. As your score increases, so will your level. When you are at level 1, you will drop only clear gems on your opponent. When you reach level 100, you will drop only doom! The keys for the second player are Keypad 4, 5, and 6 to move and down arrow and right arrow to rotate. You can change the keys in the options screen.
You can configure several aspects of the game through the options screen. To get to the options screen, choose Options in the main menu, or press Escape while in a game. From the options screen you can set:
