Creating and managing to do lists

You can create To Do items and group them into various to do lists as you plan for your trip.

Step 1

Open the trip in the itinerary view.

Click on the Add To Do button.

Step 3

Type in a description of your To Do item.

Step 4

As you add multiple To Do items, you can drag and drop them to create different to do lists. For example, you might have a to do list called Packing List. You can create To Do items to represent each item you want to pack and drag them onto the Packing List item to create your to do list.

Step 5

As you complete an item, click the checkbox to check it off. If you complete all of the items in a list, the main item will also be checked off.

Step 6

You can move individual items or entire to do lists between different trips using copy and paste. Simply select the to do list you would like to move and choose Copy from the Edit menu. Then open the new trip, click in the to do list area, and choose Paste from the Edit menu.
